Funding Opportunities

The LZZ's primary mission is twofold: first, to build up networks between scholars at the University of Zurich working on/in Latin America; and second, to make Latin American Studies developed at the University of Zurich more visible by organizing and co-organizing academic and public events.

This means that our financial resources are very limited. Unfortunately, the LZZ is not able to provide research grants.

Co-Funding of Events

All members and associate members of the LZZ can submit applications for co-funding of events and activities, including conferences, workshops, talks, film screenings, etc happening in Zurich.
